SustainX is a forward-thinking and ambitious company passionate about making a difference and reducing CO2 footprints. Our mission is to help all Danish SMEs towards more sustainable production and ensure that Denmark achieves a 70% CO2e reduction by 2030. We are continuously expanding our team. Therefore, we are now looking for a Marketing Lead to support us in the next chapter of our growth journey.
What you will be doing
You will be setting the direction for our communications and be the expert in best practices and emerging trends. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Translating our company strategy into communication activities and executing them
- Designing our branding and communication strategy to improve our core story
- Help design an employer branding strategy that represents our culture and way of working
- Create content and provide support on graphical elements on the website
Who you are
The perfect candidate is a marketing generalist, who is passionate about sustainable development and enjoys collaborating with a passionate team. Furthermore, the SustainX Marketing Lead holds the following qualifications:
- A marketing generalist keen on working with a broad range of communication activities
- An excellent communicator and natural storyteller who knows how to design communication that aligns with the brand
- Comfortable working with written communication, social media, press releases, etc.
- A data-driven understanding of digital marketing and how the different disciplines work with one another. E.g. SEO/SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM
- Experience in working with WordPress
- Fluency in Danish and English is a must
- A natural flair for graphic communication and presentation of visual elements
- Experience in leading projects, creating structure, and building processes
- Curious and eager to try new things and knows how to measure what is working
As we are a young company, there are plenty of opportunities to grow and help shape the company and your position. The position is based at our office in Copenhagen with the opportunity to work some days from home or at HQ at our Horsens Office. The position is required to be full-time.
