As SustainX is scaling, we are looking for a passionate Project Manager to drive new and existing projects for our customers. The work will primarily be within the areas of renewable energy e.g., wind, solar or PtX.
Working closely with customers within the renewable energy sector you will have a chance to engage with some of the leading engineers and sub-suppliers on multiple activities, and you will continually coordinate and improve the project execution and ensure customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and an overall positive impact.
What you will do
Managing dedicated customer projects (R/D, production, service etc.). This will include (but not be limited to) defining a maintaining scope of work, planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder management and motivating a project team to succeed. Taking ownership of planning and executing technical projects within the renewable energy sector.
Interfacing and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders in the entire value chain. Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with your assigned customer. Initiating and driving corrective actions for changes to ensure learnings and performance improvements.
What it takes
Ability to lead a team of people to success. You don’t need a deep technical understanding yourself, but a solid interest is preferable. Relevant degree combined with a minimum of 1-year experience from a similar position (R/D, production, service etc.)
Proven experience with project or people management and ideally a solid toolbox, e.g., certifications such as Prince 2, PMI or equivalent. Familiarity with engineering practices (mechanical, software, production etc.) Understanding of Gate Model project delivery.
Good English and Danish skills, both verbally and in writing. Please note that we also like to hear from you if you have less or more experience. The most important thing is that you know how to motivate people and have a talent for project management of technical nature.

Your primary work location will be at our office in Horsens, Denmark. Some travel activity is to be expected but will be limited.
